2016 · Asia Launch of our venture builder arm, IMS Digital Ventures, to take equity stakes in promising tech start-ups. Capital paired with our proprietary technology as the equity contribution. Skin in the game from day one. The first generation of portfolio companies took shape focusing on SaaS and marketplaces.
2018 · APAC We launched a private markets investment group, using technology and operational excellence as the calling card. The geographic reach expanded into EMEA.
2023 · EMEA & APAC We expanded our US footprint, bridging US opportunities and capital with ex-US opportunities and capital.
2025 · Americas Today, a diversified investment house built on technology, capital, and a global partnership of entrepreneurial-minded partners working alongside governments, leading families, and institutions.
2026 · Global Our principal advantage is that our partnership of family offices and founders goes beyond capital. Each IMS partner is a co-owner in the platform that drives investment success, all whilst contributing the deal flow, distribution, and co-investment capital that drives our growth.
The same operating discipline runs every division.
Origination comes from the network of our partnership. We focus on deals that are off-market, exclusive, exciting, or synergetic with our existing portfolio/activities.
Every position is priced on Cortex, the in-house platform built on a decade of operating data. The people setting the terms have run businesses in the same sectors they now underwrite.
Each portfolio company works with operating partners who bring distribution, customer relationships, and judgement earned in the same markets. The engagement is hands-on and continuous, rather than periodic.

IMS Labs is the Group's in-house engineering arm, built over a decade across software platforms, blockchain infrastructure, and AI systems. Every division and every portfolio company runs on the stack it produces, and the investment compounds as the technology underneath evolves.
Each runs its own mandate, capital base, and team. All share the Group's network, technology, and operating infrastructure.
IMS Capital Management deploys family-office capital across specialist credit strategies and multi-sleeve mandates. Every position runs through Cortex, the Group's in-house platform, which handles the diligence and ongoing surveillance work at institutional scale.
